In the video, The Personality Color Wheel, Stu categorizes business personality types into 4 colors. Each color represents certain personality characteristics, relationship preferences and the way that the individual sells or prefers to be sold to.
Blue people value relationships, emotions and feelings. Green prefers significant facts and knowledge so they can better analyze their decisions. Gold people are structured and are often your lawyers, CEO’s or accountants and finally orange represent creative, competitive and gregarious individuals. Knowing who you are and who others are generates much higher sales comprehension so you can better understand how people make decisions and how to best engage with them.
