He had no talent, no real skills, and no experience, yet Kevin McNulty had a dream as a young man in the Air Force. He didnt want to fly the airplanes he wanted to entertain the troops. Stuck in an engineering role, Kevin was relegated to the waste-water treatment plants on base. However, he had a dream and was not willing to let that dream go.
Kevin discovered the Tops and Blues traveling troop of the Air Force and worked hard until he developed enough skill as a back up guitar player to join this elite group and travel the world to entertain the troops. As he transitioned out of the Air Force, Kevin focused his efforts on how to manage transition, and how to translate his experience in the Air Force into a lesson that business professionals could learn from.
Kevin believes that his strategy can be boiled down into three simple words: see, do and get. He believes you do flows from what you see. What you see affects what you do and that affects what you get. He shows us how to generate the vision you want to achieve and translate that vision into reality.
